He is survived by: his children, Yvonne Miles and Matthew Hurst; his nieces and nephews, Sabrina Usrey, Scott Bundrum (Kathy), Brandy Heindl (Rodney), Tony Bundrum (Ruth Ann), Jeff Bundrum (Debbie) and Rhonda Bundrum; and his siblings-in-law, Buck Bundrum and Mary Bundrum.
