He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Hudgins and Maxine Hudgins; and his sisters, Julana Hudgins, Janet Hudgins and Jana Bentley.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Cecil Hudgins, Beverly Darlene Slaughter and Melissa Evon Duke; and his siblings, Robert Hudgins, Roy Hudgins and Jeanene Hudgins. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
