She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis N. Wilson, Sr. and Vera Ware Wilson (Willie C. Bolton); and her siblings, William Issac Wilson (Carl) and Doris Wilson Groce. She is survived by: her daughters, Shea Merriweather and Anita Mathews (Brent); her siblings, Otis Wilson Jr. and Veleria Turner; her grandchildren, Marketta Morrison, Jasmine Merriweather, Johnny Merriweather, III and Brenten E. Mathews, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Natalie E. Mathews and Kennedi R. Smith; and her cousins, Clyde Parker, Frankmond Parker (Patricia), Ratemond Parker (Ella), Margaret A. Murchison (George) and Mary Martin (Harmon). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
