It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lonnie L. Pierce of Anniston, Alabama, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Pierce and Bessie Lee Pierce; his sons, Dan Pierce and Jarrod Pierce; and his siblings, Maggie Reece, Bill Nobles and Danny Pierce.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pierce; his children, Barbara Benson and Chris Benson; his grandchildren, Elon Bush (Lauren), Majesty Bush, Gionni Harris and Emily Pierce; his great grandchild Andrew Ray Bush; his brother-in-law Bill Reece; and his cousin Bonnie Faye Shaddle (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
