She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Charles Plummer and Alberta Boling Plummer; her brothers, Gerald Plummer, Louis S. Plummer and Charles R. Plummer; her husband James Milton Buchanan; and her son-in-law David Earwood.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Earwood of Trussville, Kay Kingsley (Greg) of Katy and Becky Byrne (Pat) of Mobile; and her sisters-in-law, Doris Passmore of Oxford and Sue Gaddy of Selma. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
