It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Hyatt Cannon of Anniston, Alabama, born in Joppa, Alabama, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pleas and Pearl Breed Hyatt; her sisters, Lorene Lovvorn and Ruth Truett of Anniston; and her niece Jean Lovvorn Sewell of Oxford.

She is survived by: her nephew Colonel Harold Hicks (Patsy) of Huntsville.
