She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Ray Burgess and Lavada Ann Carter. She is survived by: her husband Donald Aaron Wade; her children, Autumn Nilsen Johnson (Mat), Lavada Wade (Kobe Woodfruff), Ashley Arnold (Nick), Josh Nilsen (Autumn) and Justin Wade (Kimberly Waddell); her grandchildren, Layden Olson, Solomon Nilsen, Owen Nilsen, Henry Nilsen, Nick Arnold, Alexus Arnold, Rylan Wade, Ava Wade and Jackson Wade; and her siblings, Ray Burgess (Jerri), Mike Holloway, Bridgett Burney (Jeff) and Lisa Williamson (Tommy).
