He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert L. Hicks and Mary Elizbeth Hicks; and his sister Donna Millis. He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Borders (Brian) and Jessica Hicks; his grandchildren, Cole Bruce (Rachael), Angel Babb (Donald), Haven, Madison, Alexis and Covington; and his siblings, Dennis Hicks (Sandra), Phillip Hicks (Vicky), Connie Peters (Steve), Phillis Pate (Jimmy), Gina Hicks and Cheri Guevara Hicks. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
