He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Noah Jennings; his sister Louise Smith Matthews; his nephews, Preston Smitherman (Mendi), Brent Smitherman (Heidi), John Smith, Lowell Jennings (Regina), Stacy Jennings (Melissa) and Ricky Nunnally; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyla Burton (Caleb), Kody Smitherman, Noah Smitherman (Chloe) and Gracie Smitherman; his sisters-in-law, Becky Jennings and Janice Jennings; and also, Adalynn Burton and Wylder Smitherman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and life-long friends.
