He is survived by: his wife Carla Salazar Keith; his children, Kristy Baker (Ethan), Kelly Tullis (Tyler) and Krayton Keith (Wes); his grandchildren, Addison Tullis, Grace Baker, Ava Tullis, Kenton "Finn" Baker and Everly Baker; and his siblings, Kelby Keith (Brenda) and Karen Wynn (Kelly).
