She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Sprayberry and Marge Sprayberry; and her husband Colonel Charles W. Wood. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Cook (Roddy Cook); her stepsons, Charles, James, Donald and Michael; her niece Stacey Fountain; and her nephew Clay Cook. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
