She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Allen Box; her parents, Wesley Holder and Iva Holder; her brothers, Lamar Holder and Paul Holder; her daughter Joan Mack; and her children-in-law, Robert Mack and Toni Box.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Box Jr. (Maliea), Robert Box and Jimmy Box; her grandchildren, Kevin Mack (April), Nancy Jones (Matthew), Lauren Mack, Austin Box, Kyle Mack and Bella Box; her great grandchildren, Autumn, Amethyst and Amelia Mack; her grandchildren, Ava, Makenzie, Audrey and Nora Jones; and her brother Donald Holder.
