He is survived by: his wife DeAundra S. Foster; and his parents, John E. Foster, Sr. and Jacqueline Foster. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was a graduate of Anniston High School, Class of 1996, he founded The Foster Scholarship Foundation in 2018, ensuring that every Anniston High School Salutatorian received both a monetary scholarship and a plaque for their academic excellence.
