She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest McKay and Elsie Parker McKay; her husband Cabot D. Holt; and her son Robert Holt. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca A. Eberhart, Barbara Holt Bates (Bernnie) and Thomas D. Holt (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Christy Taylor (Jody), Stephanie Holt, Jennifer Williamson (Gerald), Emily Holt and Joshua Parton; her great grandchildren, Allison Ford and Bradley Owens; and her great great grandchild Cliff Crowe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Mrs. Holt may be sent to Women on Mission, New Haven Baptist Church, 100 New Haven Road, Anniston, AL 36201.
