He was predeceased by: his father Royce Hicks. He is survived by: his mother Linda Curvin; his sons, Justin Hicks (Amber) and Jason Hicks (Tia); his girlfriend Teresa Bozarth; his grandchildren, Hunter Hicks, Kyle Hicks, Haliey Hicks and Heather Hicks; and his brothers, Timothy Lee Hicks and Randy Hicks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
