She was predeceased by: her husband Carlos A. Norris; her parents, John Bussey and Lena Bussey; her sons, Gary Moore and Perry Moore; and her siblings, Beatrice Holmes, Johnnie Gonzales, Illa Christine Dale, Lessie Danielle Harper, Jesse W., Fred and Bart Bussey.

She is survived by: her sons, Victor Moore (Libby) and Tom Moore (Beth). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
