He was predeceased by: his parents, Jabe Currie and Mattie Currie. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Currie; his children, Vonda Tankersley (Bruce) and Arlan Currie (Wanda); his grandchildren, Brant Tankersley (Joy), Kallie Gallahar (Blake), Amanda King (Pete) and Melinda Ward (Nathan); his great grandchildren, Emily Tankersley, Brady Tankersley, Brock Tankersley, Lauren Gallahar, Payton Gallahar, Blane Gallahar and Samuel Ward; and his sisters, Olean Waits Mewbourn and Mary Estes.
