He was predeceased by: his wife Imogene "Gene" Heath; his parents, Lelus Heath and Nellie Gray Heath; and his siblings, Billy Joe Heath and Inez Heath Ozment.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Stokes (Raymond) of Oxford and Terri Powell (Tom) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Dustin Stokes (Jessica), Mandy Powell Weaver (Mark), Bethany Stokes Perry (David) and Drew Powell; his brother Edward Heath; his sister-in-law Ann Lloyd Williams; and his daughters, Dana Williams and Lynn Williams Mayor.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Fellowship House, 106 East 22nd Street, Anniston, AL 36201.
