He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Herbert, Betty M. Barnes and Gordon Hobson. He is survived by: his wife Julia Chapman Hansek; his son Barrett Jeffrey Hansek; his parents, Roger Hansek and Judi Hansek; his parents-in-law, Ricky and Sheila Chapman; his sister Jennifer Foster (Robert); his sister-in-law Dr. Tiffany Chapman (Andy McCartney); his grandmother Jean Hobson; his pet Marley; and his nieces and nephews, Drew Foster (Tori) and Rachel Mantlo (Ben). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
