He is survived by: his wife Judith Headrick (Judy); his sons, Jay Headrick (Andrea) and James Marty Headrick (Melissa); his grandchildren, Jadyn Headrick, Xander Headrick and Jakob Moilanen; his siblings, Janice Collins and Sidney Headrick (Kim); and his niece Natalie Headrick.
