He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Vice and Lavada Vice; his son David Ray Vice; his siblings, Nancy Ann Vice, Evelyn Martin and Kenneth Vice; and his nephews, David Vice and Alan Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Tami Fishbaugh (Daniel), Pamela Parrish (Dewayne) and Kevin Vice; his grandchildren, Blake Turley, Danielle Turley, Brandon McCrelless, Joey Gydosh, Brittany Vice, Katelyn Vice, Hannah Scoggins, Bradford Scoggins and Joshua Fishbaugh; his great grandchildren, Caiden Ingram, Anthony Turley, Allyson Pruitt, Carlee Turley and Madelynn Barksdale; and his brothers, Jerry Vice (Annette) and Howard Vice.
