He is survived by: his daughter Tracie Lynn Haynes; his adoptive daughter Delaine Kerr (Bobby); his son Charles Wesley Haynes; and his siblings, Deanie Moore and David Freeman (Peggy). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
