We bid farewell to Hannah Nelson (Anniston, Alabama), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 27, 2024 at the age of 28. Hannah touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Hannah may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Hannah touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She is survived by: her parents, John and Karen; and her brothers, Ian (Gillian) and Sam (Katie).
