She was predeceased by: her husband Ricky Martin; her parents, Cecil Stephenson and Willodean Stephenson; and her brother Billy Stephenson. She is survived by: her children, Amy Nichols, Michael Herby Nichols and Kacy Nichols (Amy Janal); her goddaughters, Jada Stinson and Shelby Poe; her sisters, Jackie Hughes (Cleve) and JoAnn Smith; her sister-in-law Pat Sullivan (Michael); and her grandchildren, Isabell Allen Nichols, Wyatt Nichols, Gabriel Nichols, Elijah Nichols and Adley Willis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
