He is survived by: his children, Garry Hicks, Jr., Michael Shane Hicks, Shirley Dianne Hicks (Mike Sullivan) and Donna Jean Hicks Gordon (James); his grandchildren, Shaina Nicole Hicks (Sam), Reagan Michelle Hicks, Garrett Blaine Hicks, Amanda Elliott, Brandon Cooper (Misty), Shannan Jackson (DuWayne) and Shelly Phillips (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Miss Teal Elliott, Jack Elliott, Miss Sadie Elliott, Miss Gracie Cooper, Miles Cooper, Miss Kaitlyn Jackson, Bentley Jackson, Mason Morris, Miss Madelyn Ikner and Miss Scarlet Jean Wilson; his brother Woodrow Wilson Hicks (Brenda); and his siblings-in-law, Louise Hicks, Linda Gail Houston Hicks, Charlie Houston (Dorine) and Mike Houston.
