She was predeceased by: her parents, Effie Lois Jones and L. T. Martin; her son Issac Hubbard; and her sister Charlsie Lee. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Hubbard of Calhoun County, Alabama and Tremain Hubbard of Calhoun County, Alabama; her grandchildren, Dajuan Mayse of North Carolina, Brent Murray of Calhoun County, Brooklyn of Calhoun County and Xavion Curry of Jacksonville, Alabama; and her siblings, Mary Martin of Jacksonville, Bertha Gilbert (James) of Jacksonville, Linda Martin of Anniston, Janice Rush (Kendell) of Anniston, Effie Williams of Anniston, Mary Brenman of Valdosta, Georgia and Lewis Martin (Debra). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, one aunt, cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ervin Chapel of the Chimes (1518 Brown Ave, Anniston, AL 36201). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Edgemont Cemetery (3555 Noble St, Anniston, AL 36201).
