He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his children, Kadance Wells (Kevin), Kreston Wells (Neena), Makayla Carr (Joseph), Daniel Martin (Courtney), Joshua Martin (Amanda) and Phillip Martin (Jeaneen); his mother Ruth Montgomery (Roy); his siblings, Wanda Arthur, Belinda Mangum (Gary), Ricky Shiflett (Tawanna) and Randy Shiflett (Jill); and his grandchildren, Alona, Cyrus, Jayden, Jasper, Caleb, Colton, Scarlett, Loralai, Carson, Aiden, Clarabeth, Mason, Allyanna, Timmy, Peyton and Harper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends and co-workers.
