She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Scott and Mae McKerley; her son Joseph McCurry; her siblings, Bobby Scott and Joyce Cain; and her former husband Dean Hazel.

She is survived by: her son Bobby McCurry; her brother Boyd Scott; her grandchildren, Hannah McCurry, Bethany McCurry, Emily McCurry, Caleb McCurry and Zackery McCurry; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Pike, Jaylyn Vincent and Sophia Vincent. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
