He was predeceased by: his brother Josh Siskey; and his father Dennis. He is survived by: his significant other Regina Siskey; his mother Melinda Siskey; his children, Kaiden Siskey, Breonna Farmer and Taylor Farmer; his stepchildren, Andrew LaBoe and Asya LaBoe; his niece Hannah Hise; and his nephews, Hunter and Haiden Hise. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
