He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Campbell; his brother Scott Campbell; his uncle Terry Patty; his grandparents, Orval Patty, Helen Patty, Harold Campbell and Bessie Campbell; and his cousin Jeremey Patty.
He is survived by: his children, Brooklyn Campbell and Justin Campbell; his father Michael Ray Campbell (Debra); his sister-in-law Angela Campbell; his niece Alysia Bonds (Adam); and his nephew Alex Campbell (Bailey).
