It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Taber Carter (Anniston, Alabama), who passed away on November 26, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Taber and Geraldine Taber; and her husband Gary Carter. She is survived by: her brother Kenny Nix; her children, Shawn Carter and Todd Carter; her grandchildren, Alyssa Carter, Blakeley Wade, Kami Bryant and Addison Carter; and her siblings, Pam Young, Johnny Taber and Tammy Beck (Randy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
