He is survived by: his brothers, Jimmy and Randall Lewis; his children, Randall Lewis and Kimberly Ruth; his grandchildren, Erin Ray Winton, Marisa, Jason, Holley, Ariel, Megan Elaine Kutsch, Brian Lewis Talley, Brianna Chrissy Ashley and Jeremiah; and his great grandchildren, Austin Gage, Elysia Hayden, Rylie Rae, Waylon Cash, Carmen Marie, Ava Leigh, Julia Elaine, Welton Nash, Emmett Layne, Connor Blake, Colton Ray and Eulalie Maylene Ramble. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
