He was predeceased by: his parents, Thad Franklin Cotton and Addie Lee Baker Cotton; and his siblings, Mary Magdalene Cotton Baines, Frank Lee Cotton Sr., Pearl Caffey Cotton Brimer, Carl Cotton, Sarah Elizabeth Cotton Brimer, Odis Terrell Cotton and Vivian Maurine Cotton Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lovella Cotton; his children, Don Cotton (Janet) and Diann Cotton Hochmeister (Leslie); his grandchildren, Jamie Cotton, Anna Norton (Ethan) and Heather Hochmeister Burt (Jon); and his great grandchildren, Haron, Kiera and Madison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
