He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Hall Baker (Lewis) of Charlotte, NC and Clarence Edward Hall II (Francesca) of Anniston, AL; his sisters, Tommie Lee Harris (Sam) of Anniston, AL and Frankie Mae Noel (Ralph) of Anniston, AL; and the mother of his children Faye. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
