It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Shoemaker (Anniston, Alabama), born in Piedmont, Alabama, who passed away on April 25, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Shoemaker; her daughter Carol Dobbs; her grandson Tyler Shoemaker; and her son-in-law Timothy Knightly. She is survived by: her children, Lori Knightly, John Shoemaker, Steve Shoemaker (Virginia) and Don Shoemaker (Tina); her grandchildren, Carol Reschke, Amanda Green, Rebecca Gray, Timothy Knightly, Spencer Shoemaker, Landon Shoemaker and Joshua Shoemaker; and her son Carol Reschke. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
