He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Stephens; and his wife Katie Stephens. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Butler (Greg); his nephew Micheal Butler (Leighann); his stepdaughter Michele Walker; his granddaughter Taylor Walker; his great grandchild Adalyn Martin; and his great-nephews, Taylor Butler and Mason Butler.
