She was predeceased by: her parents, Tellis Cowden and Roberta Cowden; her sibling Tellis Cowden, Jr.; and her grandson Quinterrius Hutchings. She is survived by: her children, Neketia Cowden (Clint), Amelia Hutchings (Josh) and Gerald Hutchings; her stepsons, Alex and Charles Jefferson; her brothers, Calvin Freeman (Tania) and Leroy Cowden (Twana); and her grandchildren, Kierston Cox, Terence Bynum and Jerrell Hutchings. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
