He is survived by: his children, Vicki Perry (Myron), Richard Hornick and Keaton Cain; his grandchildren, Tiffany Bush (Jason), Adam Perry (Megan), Liana Caudill (Hunter), Cory Hornick (Angela), Cara Hornick, Amber Hornick and Daniel Hornick; and his sister Jane Ellen Kessler.
