She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvil Hall and Vera Mae Hall; her siblings, Sallie, Bobby Joe and Richard Hall; and her nephews, Tony Hall and Andy Wyatt.
She is survived by: her daughter Ginger Owen; her grandson J. Chris Owen (Holly); her great grandchildren, Tyler Owen (Courtney), Mikayla Owen and Chase Owen; her great great grandchild Dashel Owen; and her sisters, Sue Wyatt and Shelia Gardner (Kenneth).
In lieu of flowers a donation can be made in Ms. Betty's name to Bonney Brook Baptist Church in Jacksonville.
