She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Peggy Brooks Murray and Polly Brooks Hardegree (Don); her brother Gwin Norred (Peggy); her nieces and nephews, Terry Norred, Wayne Brooks, Judy Norred Bates, Anita Brooks Westfall and Penny Norred Bolen; her grandchildren, Jason Hardegree, Corey McWhorter (Sherlyn) and Shawn McWhorter; her great grandchildren, Logan McWhorter, Emilee Brooke McWhorter, Parker Hardegree, Reese McWhorter, Connor Owens, Juli Wilborn and Kendall Wilborn; her husband Virgil; her brother William Clinton Norred; her parents, Willie Lee Norred (Gaston) of Randolph County, Alabama. and William Roy Norred of Randolph County, Alabama.; and her brother-in-law Paskal Knox Brooks, Jr. (PK).
