It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Avery Wendell Carroll Sr. of Anniston, Alabama, who passed away on March 18, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Carroll; his son Rodney Carroll; his daughter-in-law Pamela Carroll; and his parents, Benjamin Carroll and Beulah Carroll.
He is survived by: his children, Avery Wendell Carroll, Jr., Tina Carroll (Bernardo), Lynn Carroll, Jerry Carroll (Sommer), Stephen Carroll (Kerrie) and Ben Carroll (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Jake Rivera (Theresa), Shasta Dixon (Brandon), Beverly Carroll, Sunnie Webb, Brittany Carroll, Meghan Marcotte (Brian), Jessica Honea (Chad), Hannah Shears, Dalton Carroll (Karigan), Nick Carroll, Lauren Carroll (Jeremiah), Chelsea Carroll, Sydney Carroll, Chase Carroll, Ethan Carroll and Karson Carroll. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
