He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann; his daughter Kim Stephens Adams; his grandchildren, Corey Matthew Adams (Hannah), Taylor Keith Adams (Dylana) and Logan Lee Adams; and his great grandchildren, Axton Michael Kai Reid, Annlyn Jane Adams (AJ), Adaleigh Mae Adams, Bryce Everett Adams and Briggs Alexander Adams.
