She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her daughters, Meagan Herman (Matt) and Lauren; her siblings, George Booth and Mignonne Carmichael (Kenneth); her nieces, Amy Katherine and Tate; and her nephew Taylor.
We ask that in lieu of flowers, you donate a children's book to the Little Free Library of First Presbyterian Church, founded by Amy in memory of a dear church friend Elizabeth Richardson.
