She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Jones and Mary Jones. She is survived by: her sons, Zack Moore (Autumn) and Jamie Moore; her grandsons, Isaac Moore and Silas Moore; her sister Claire Fantaske (Paul); her nieces and nephews, Marah, John, Micah, Simon and Elizabeth; and her uncle Allen Roberts. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
