He is survived by: his wife Connie Wilson Bethune; his sisters, Bonnie (Kenny) and Cindy (Jimmy); his children, Donnie (Kristin), Nicholas, Jeremy (Tosha), Andrea, Casey and Brandon; and his sisters-in-law, Sandy, Tammy (Mike) and Sylvia (Doug). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
