He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Shaw; his parents, John Shaw and Carrie Shaw; and his siblings, Ruby Melton, Flossie Davis, Louise Rice, Johnny Shaw of Lonnie Shaw, W. J, Lee Roy Shaw and Clint Shaw.
He is survived by: his children, David Mark Shaw (Nancy), Laura Shaw Robinson (Jim) and Andrew Kevin Shaw (Traci); his grandchildren, Trey David Shaw (Lauren), Justin Mark Shaw, Chelsea Carolyn Robinson, Chase Allen Robinson (Lauren), Eli Shaw Robinson, Andrew Riley Shaw (Atleigh) and Adeline Grace Shaw; his great grandchild Baker David Shaw; and his brothers, Calvin Shaw and Raymond Shaw (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
