She is survived by: her children, Hilda McClellan (Sean) of Lincoln, AL and Curtis Kirksey (Shena); her mother Romania Garrett of Anniston, AL; her siblings, Annie Lee Harper of Detroit, MI, Patricia Mays (Willie), Greta Blackwell (Jewell), Kathleen Bolton (Edward) of Anniston, AL, Nastrenia Ross (Anthony) of Deatsville, AL, Cecil Williams (Bert) of Detroit, MI, John Garrett, Jr. of Nashville, TN, Paul Garrett (Bobbie) of Piedmont, AL and Darrell Garrett of Weaver, AL; her aunt Samantha Anderson of Knoxville, TN; her child Glenell Kirksey Sr. of Anniston, AL; and also, Claudette Cay, Patricia Greene, Patricia Payton, Sandra Gail Jones and LaKesia Douthitt. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
