She was predeceased by: her parents, Montee Fendley and Elva Brewer Fendley; her former husband Wallace Sager; and her siblings, Shelton Fendley and Eloise Etheridge.
She is survived by: her husband Randy Shirley; her stepchildren, Ashley Vann (Larry), Steven Shirley (Angela) and Michael Shirley; and her siblings, Kenneth Fendley, Shirley Clark, Kathleen Glenn and Mary Evelyn Wilson. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
