He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lillian Ryan O'Neill; his daughters, Carol O'Neill Osborne, Peggy O'Neill and Janet O'Neill; his grandchildren, Cecelia Smith (Nick) and Lance Osborne; his sister Lillian Beaulieu (Richard); his parents, Charles T O'Neill and Alice O'Neill (Slattery); and his siblings, Margaret Ann Comer (Tom), Charlotte Ashley (George), Noreen Comer (Ed), Charles T. O'Neill, Jr. (Mary Janet) and Jamesene Gibson (David). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
