He is survived by: his wife Elaine Mushaben (Ober); his children, Joyce Mushaben (late Harry Few), Diane Otrembiak (Jim), Mary White (Ken) and Paul Mushaben (Janell); his grandchildren, Katie White, Daniel White (Devan), Natalie Ellsworth (Kyle), Mallory Mushaben, Candice Otrembiak (Jordan), Jake Mushaben, Joshua Few, Maddy Mushaben and John Mushaben; and his great grandchildren, Desmond and Rowan.

Memorials may be directed to St. Rose Church or Roger Bacon High School.
